Terms of engagement
These terms cover the use of this website and the sittings offered by Focus Quarry Analytics Co., Ltd.. They were last revised in September 2026.
Who you are dealing with
Focus Quarry Analytics Co., Ltd. is established in Bangkok and keeps its office at 101/4 Ramkhamhaeng Road, Min Buri, Min Buri, Bangkok 10510. You can reach the practice at hello@focusquarry.click or (02-518-9023).
Acceptance
By using this website, sending a note through the form, or paying a deposit for a sitting, you accept these terms and the refund terms. If you book on behalf of a household, you confirm that the adults who will attend know a sitting has been requested.
The sitting
A sitting is a scheduled meeting to sort papers, draw a planning sheet, or read a sheet already drawn. The description, fee, and what is included are set out on the relevant sitting page and on the fees page. A written fee note from us, once you accept it, governs that engagement if it differs from the page.
You supply the figures. We record them and the decisions you confirm in the room. Payments to lenders, schools, landlords, and relatives remain yours to make. The sheet is a picture of what you brought and what you decided. It is not a forecast we guarantee, and it is not a tax return or an instruction to buy or sell anything.
Deposits and diaries
A date is held when we receive the deposit described on the fees page and confirm by email. We may release a date if the deposit has not arrived by the day we named. You may ask to move a sitting under the refund terms.
Intellectual property
The printed sheet and the written note prepared for your household are yours to keep and to copy for the adults who share that purse. Our blank legends, ways of ordering a month, and unused templates stay with the practice. You may not present our blank materials as your own service. Text and pictures on this website belong to the practice unless a credit says otherwise. You may share a link. You may not copy the site into another commercial page.
Using the website
Use the form to ask about a sitting. Do not send account passwords, full card numbers, or identity-document images. We may decline a request that is outside the sittings we offer, or that asks us to contact a lender for you.
Liability
We take care with the figures you show us. If we mis-copy a number that was clear on a paper you provided, we will correct the sheet at no further fee. We are not liable for decisions you make after the sitting, for changes in wages or prices, or for papers you chose not to bring. Nothing in these terms limits liability that Thai law does not allow us to limit.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. The courts of Bangkok have jurisdiction, without preventing you from using any mandatory right you have as a consumer under those laws.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. A sitting already confirmed keeps the terms that were in place when you paid the deposit, together with the fee note for that engagement.
