Privacy note
This note explains how Focus Quarry Analytics Co., Ltd. handles personal information when you write to us or attend a sitting. It was last revised in September 2026.
Data controller
The controller is Focus Quarry Analytics Co., Ltd., 101/4 Ramkhamhaeng Road, Min Buri, Min Buri, Bangkok 10510. Email hello@focusquarry.click or call (02-518-9023). Niramol Srisawat is the person who answers privacy requests.
What we collect
If you use the form, we receive your name, email address, the sitting you select, a preferred date if you give one, whether you want the office or a visit, and your message. If you email or telephone, we receive whatever you choose to say, including details of wages, rent, school invoices, and savings when you include them.
At a sitting we keep the notes we write and, with your agreement, copies of papers needed to draw the sheet. We do not ask for national identity numbers, full payment-card numbers, or passwords.
Why we use it
We use the information to reply, to prepare a fee note, to hold a date, and to draw and read the sheet you asked for. The basis is steps toward a contract and, once you book, the contract itself. Where you send information that is not required for the sitting, we rely on your consent and you may withdraw it.
Retention
Messages that do not become a booking are kept for twenty-four months after our last reply, then deleted. Papers and notes from a sitting are kept for five years after the last sitting in that engagement, because households return to old sheets and because we need them for our own accounts. Accounting records of fees received are kept for the period Thai revenue rules require.
Your rights
Under the Personal Data Protection Act of Thailand you may ask to access the information we hold, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to certain uses, and to receive a copy in a common format where that applies. We may refuse deletion of records we must keep for accounting or for a dispute that is still open. You may also complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee.

Sharing
The information is used by Niramol and Arthit, and by a bookkeeper who sees fee amounts rather than your salary slips. We do not sell personal information. We do not pass your folder to a bank, a school, or an insurer.
International transfers
Email and the host of this website may process a message on servers outside Thailand. Where that happens, we use providers who commit to protect the message, and we send only what is needed to reply or to show you this site. Sitting papers are kept in the office in Min Buri.
Security
Folders are stored in the office, not left on the drawing table between sittings. Email is a convenient channel and is not a locked cabinet. If your note is highly sensitive, say so and we will arrange to receive the papers in person.
