Introductory conversation

About forty minutes at the office. We look at the folder only enough to say which sitting fits. If you book a Household Money Map within thirty days, this amount is credited against the map fee.

Fees
Fees are quoted before any drawing starts. A deposit of 30 percent, paid by bank transfer after we confirm a date, holds that date. The rest is due at the first sitting. The figures on this page are for planning the conversation.

18,000 THB
Three sittings over six weeks, one printed sheet, one revision, and a written note. The fee covers one household purse and one home. Niramol leads it.
9,500 THB
Two sittings and a drawing of one month from the day-book. Arthit leads it. A shop and a household that need both pictures are quoted as two engagements, not as a blended discount invented after the fact.
6,800 THB
One sitting of about two and a half hours at the office, a long sheet, and a note the same week.
4,200 THB
About ninety minutes, only when you already hold a map or sketch from this practice that is less than eighteen months old.
Tell us in the first note if there is a second property, a shop with its own day-book, or a stack of papers in both Thai and English that has not been sorted for years. Those engagements take longer. We send a fee in writing before you pay a deposit. We do not raise it after the first sitting because the folder was thick, if you told us that at the start.
If papers are simply missing, we wait. Waiting is not an extra fee. Inventing the missing month would be.
Cancellations, no-shows, and work already started are set out on the refund page. To ask for a fee note, write to the office.
