Refunds
Refunds, cancellations, and a moved date
These rules apply to sittings booked with Focus Quarry Analytics Co., Ltd.. They were last revised in September 2026. Fees themselves are listed on the fees page.
How to ask
Write to hello@focusquarry.click or call (02-518-9023). Include the name on the booking, the sitting, and the date. We confirm by email what will be returned and what is retained.
Deposit
Thirty percent of the agreed fee holds the date. If you cancel seven or more days before the first sitting, and we have not yet started sorting your papers, the deposit and any further amount you have paid are refunded in full.
If preparation has started
Once we have begun sorting a folder you sent or left with us, 3,000 THB of a Household Money Map, or 1,500 THB of a ledger review, is retained for that preparation. The remainder of what you paid is refunded if no sitting has taken place. Shorter sittings that have no advance folder work follow the seven-day rule below.
Household Money Map after sittings begin
- After the gathering sitting: 8,000 THB is retained. The rest is refunded if you stop at least seven days before the drawing sitting.
- If you stop inside those seven days, a further 1,500 THB is retained.
- After the drawing sitting: 14,000 THB is retained.
- After the reading, or once the sheet has gone to print, the map fee is not refunded.
Ledger review, retirement sketch, and family reading
Cancel seven or more days before the sitting and we refund what you paid, less any preparation amount already stated. Cancel inside seven days, before the day itself, and we refund half. On the day, or after the sitting has started, the fee for that sitting is retained. For the two-sitting ledger review, the same pattern applies to each sitting’s half of the fee.
No-shows
If you do not attend and do not warn us, that sitting is treated as held. The share of the fee attached to it is not refunded. We will still offer one later date for a reading of work already drawn, if you ask within fourteen days.
Rescheduling
You may move a sitting once without a fee if you tell us at least forty-eight hours beforehand and the diary has another opening. A second move, or a request inside forty-eight hours, is 800 THB. We may move a sitting if Niramol or Arthit is ill. In that case you may take the new date or a full refund of any sitting that has not happened.
Printed sheets
Once you have asked us to print, or a revision has gone to the printer, the print amount of 600 THB is not refunded. The included print inside a money map is part of that fee and follows the map rules above.
Method and timing
Refunds are sent by the same Thai bank transfer used to pay us. We start the transfer within fourteen days of confirming the amount. Your bank may take additional days to show it.

They cover sittings, deposits, rescheduling, no-shows, preparation already started, and the printed sheets that come out of those sittings.
