Small-shop ledger review
The ledger review is for a family shop whose takings, stock, and household cash still pass through the same hands. It is not a full money map. It is a close reading of the day-book and the costs that sit on top of it.

- 9,500 THB. Fixed fee for one shop and one month of the day-book.

- Two sittings, usually after the shop has closed
- Where
- First sitting at the shop if it is inside the visit districts, otherwise at the Min Buri office. The second sitting is at the office so the sheet can be drawn on the large table.
Who it is for
Owners of stalls and small shopfronts in eastern Bangkok who still write a day-book, or who can reconstruct one week from the till and the supplier slips.
What you leave with
A sheet that places a month of takings next to rent, wages, stock, and the amount that actually reaches the household.
Included
- A closing-time sitting of about two hours with the day-book, supplier slips, and rent receipt.
- A drawing of one recent month, with weekdays kept separate.
- A second sitting to read which costs belong to the shop and which belong to the house.
- A short written note of what you decide to change in the next month.
Outside this engagement
- Bookkeeping for the whole year.
- VAT returns, payroll filings, or staff contracts.
- A household money map, unless booked as its own engagement.

How the time is spent
At the counter
We look at how the day is written down: cash in the morning, transfers, supplier payments, and what is taken home at night.
On the sheet
One month is drawn so a thin Tuesday is not averaged away by a busy weekend.
What to prepare
- The day-book, or the till notes, for one recent month.
- Rent and any market fee.
- Supplier slips for the same month.
- A note of who in the family is paid from the shop.
Constraints
- One shop. A second branch is a separate review.
- If the day-book skips whole weeks, we reconstruct only the weeks you can evidence.
Ask for a ledger review and say what the shop sells and when it closes.
