Flagship sitting

Household Money Map

The Household Money Map is the sitting most families book first. It is a drawn picture of the next twelve months, made from the papers you already have, then read in the room so the people who share the purse can point at the same month.

Two adult hands arranging copper pins and colored threads on a large ivory sheet at a dark wood table.
Fee
18,000 THB. Fixed fee for one household purse and one property.
Time
Six weeks from the first sitting to the printed sheet
Form
Three sittings at the Min Buri office, or the first sitting as a visit in eastern Bangkok
Where
The drawing and the reading happen at the office. A first gathering visit is available in Khlong Sam Wa, Min Buri, Bueng Kum, Bang Khen, Lak Si, Wang Thonglang, and Lat Phrao.

Who it is for

Households in eastern Bangkok who can bring salary slips, a rent contract or condo invoice, school invoices, and loan booklets, and who want one sheet instead of a stack of apps and envelopes.

What you leave with

You leave with a printed map of twelve months, a short written note of what was decided in the room, and one revision of the sheet if a figure changes within three weeks.

Included

  • A gathering sitting of about ninety minutes to sort income, rent or home payments, school invoices, installments, gold or cash savings, and the seasonal costs you already know.
  • A drawing sitting in which the sheet is composed in front of you, with months you can point to.
  • A reading sitting with the people who share the purse, limited to the adults you invite.
  • One printed sheet and one revision of that sheet.
  • A written note of the decisions you confirm, in English or Thai.

Outside this engagement

  • Sale of funds, insurance, or gold.
  • Preparation or filing of a tax return.
  • Calls to banks, schools, or landlords on your behalf.
  • A second property or a shop purse, unless quoted separately before the first sitting.

Who leads it

Niramol Srisawat leads every money map. Arthit Wongchai joins only if a family shop shares the same purse and you have asked for that in advance.

How the time is spent

Gathering

You bring the folder. We lay out wages, the home payment, school invoices, and each installment on the table. Nothing is drawn until the papers agree with what you say you pay.

Drawing

The sheet takes a week to compose after the gathering. You come back to watch the months placed: income as a ribbon, obligations as weighted marks, Songkran, school terms, and the bonus month as seasonal pins.

Reading

The adults who share the money sit with the printed sheet. We read month by month. Changes are marked on a tracing sheet, then printed once as the revision.

What to prepare

  • Salary slips or a written note of take-home pay for the last three months.
  • The rent contract, condo fee, or home-loan booklet.
  • School invoices and any tutoring receipts you want on the sheet.
  • Motorbike, car, or personal-loan booklets.
  • A rough note of gold kept at home or at a relative's house, and of the cash tin.

Constraints

  • One household purse and one home. A shop with its own day-book needs the ledger review as well.
  • We draw only figures you can show or describe. A guessed bonus is marked as a guess.
  • The reading is for adults. Bring the people who actually move the money.
  • If key papers are missing, the six-week clock pauses until they arrive.

Request a sitting and name a week you can bring the folder.
